Why Falcon Adventure Club?

Falcon Adventure Club was established in 2011 and considered as the pioneer in promotion of domestic tourism in Pakistan. We are licensed tourism company and permanent member of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce, Trade mark registered & member of Pakistan association of Tour operators. Is membership required to be a part of our events?

We have stopped issuing membership and now all our events are open to everyone, So, you can join without membership.

Who can join our tours?

Our events are open to everyone from every walk of life.

Can Infants also join the tour?

Yes, Infants can also join our events, but we hardly encourage you to join only sightseeing tours with less traveling. If you are planning a private tour then we suggest it to everyone.

What’s the difference between group & private tour?

Group Tours:
A fixed tour plan with fixed dates, prices and services that we ourselves announce on our website & social media platforms. And if you are individual or with family, anyone can join these tours, group tours are open for everyone.

Private Tours:
Private tours are the one that we arrange privately for our clients as per their need, like tour of how many days? Which area they wish to visit? Date? Type of budget, type of hotels. Each & everything in private tours are customizable and customer can discuss everything with our sales agent.

What do the participants need to bring on tours?

It solely depends on the type of tour. If it’s a sightseeing tour then you can bring > Small Bag> Water bottle> Joggers> Sunglasses> Sunblock > Snacks

If it’s a trekking tour then you can bring some extra equipment with yourself > Joggers > trekking poles >Rucksack> Rain Coat> Torch > Cap

Do you provide Horse & porter Facility for Treks?

Yes, we do provide but clients do have to pay extra, if it’s not included in services. And Horse facility is not available for every trek in North.

Camping if feasible for females & Kids?

Depends from trek to trek. Treks like Fairy meadows are very well developed with proper washroom facility at camping site and electricity. So, we would suggest you to ask our sales agent about the type of trek you are interested in.

Do you provide pick up service on tours?

We provide home/hotel pick up (on the tour start time) service for Private tours only. For group tours you have to pay extra for private pick-up service.

What is the pick-up point for group tours?

In Islamabad our office & Daewoo main terminal is the pick-up point.

Group tours are recommended for foreigners?

We don’t recommend group tours for foreigners. Our group tours are of Economy category with 1 or 2* hotels and sometimes it gets cancelled as well because of less participants in group. So, it will be very incontinent for foreigner to decide for a Plan B. In private tours they don’t have to worry about types of hotels, vehicle type, cancellation and dates.

Can foreigners pay in Pakistani rupees instead of USD?

No, foreigners have to pay in USD on all our tours, either it’s private or group tour.

Can foreigners avail the same package as of Pakistani customers?

Prices are bit different for foreigners from Pakistani customers. You may ask our sales agent about the pricing.

What menu do you offer on tours?

For group tours:

- For breakfast: Fry/Omelet, bread/paratha and tea
- For dinner there will be one chicken item with either vegetable or lentils. Or you will be served with rice/biryani with either vegetable or lentils. For an additional item (mineral water) you will be charges extra.
- Lunch is not included in group tours, although we do stop over for lunch if you’d like to grab something for yourself.

For Private tours:

Customers will have the option to select the dishes before finalizing the tour cost

Photography is included in your travel package?

In our private tours, customers can ask the sales agent to add the services of photographer in cost but for group tours it’s not included.

What is the best time to visit Pakistan?

If you like Spring season then it starts from March and remains till mid of May and afterwards summer season starts in North, all areas are accessible in summer.

Autumn season of North is also very famous among travelers, it starts from October to mid of November.
Winter is the best time to explore South Punjab, Interior Sindh, Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.

Is Pakistan safe for traveling?

In the last few years Pakistan has been able to build up its reputation in safety & security. The areas connected with the border of Afghanistan & Iran are not recommended, rest of the areas are open and safe for travelers from any country. We have hosted hundreds of foreigners in last few months and they were super satisfied with current security situation of Pakistan.

How many days prior to the tour should I deposit the amount?

Group tours are booked on a first come and first serve basis. Your seat is confirmed as soon as we receive your advance payment. For Private tours we recommend you to book as early as possible so that we can secure the hotels that we have mention on proposal. Because we only start booking the hotels, when we receive the advance payment.

Can I pay cash on the day of the trip?

No. You have to make 50% advance payment before the start of tour and need to get confirmation from our sales team as well.

Can I make a tentative booking without paying?

Unfortunately, this is not an option since we invest resources according to the number of people who have confirmed their spots in any particular activity and therefore payment must be made at the time of booking via any of the payment options listed.

How many people are required for a customized trip?

Minimum 1 and no limit for maximum numbers. Plan and cost of the tour depends on the number pf participants.

When should we book our customized tour?

For Standard package tours should be booked 1 month prior to the tour date. Deluxe package tours should be booked 4-5 months prior to the tour date. The earlier you finalize your tour the easier it would be for the company to book your rooms, as in the peak season, it’s very difficult to get the booking as deluxe hotels are limited in numbers.

What is your cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours:

1. 48 Hrs. or less, 100% cancellation charges apply.
2. 3 Days or less– 50% cancellation charges apply.
3. 7 Days or less – 30% cancellation charges apply.
4. 7 Days or more - 0% cancellation charges apply.

Cancellation Policy for Private Tours:

Deluxe Package:

1. In case of the Deluxe package, customers will have the option to reschedule the tour within the next one year, and should be informed at least 8 days prior to the tour date. If not opting for a reschedule then the customer will get a 50% refund.
2. In case of any pandemic or war like situation the customer will have the option to reschedule the tour for the next two years.
3. If the customer asks for a refund in any case then they will get approx. 80% of the amount back (Deluxe hotels don’t fully refund the amount, may compensate for your next booking). Should be informed 15 days prior to the tour date.
4. In case of cancellation 45 days prior the tour date, the customer will get a 100% refund.
5. In all the above situations air tickets cancellation charges will apply.

Standard Package:

1. In case of the Standard package, customers will have the option to reschedule the tour within the next one year, and should be informed at least 3 days prior to the tour date. If not opting for a reschedule then the customer will get an 80% refund.
2. In case of any pandemic or war like situation the customer will have the option to reschedule the tour for the next two years.
3. If the customer asks for a refund in any case then they will get 100% of the amount back and should be informed at least 15 days prior the tour date.
4. In all the above situations air tickets cancellation charges will apply.

What is your discount policy?

For Group Tours:

1. Kids below 2 Free
2. Kids above 2 to 8: 50% Discount (Jump Seat)
3. 05% discount on a group of 5+
4. 10% discount on a group of 10+
*Only one discount category will be applied at one time.

For Customized Tours:

The price quoted for the tour is for the overall number of participants despite of any age group. However, you can ask your sales agent for discount.
