1. The letter of Invitation (LOI) is solely for the purpose of tourism in Pakistan

2. You will be issued LOI once you book our services

3. No additional charges for Invitation letter if you book a minimum of 5 Days tour with Falcon Adventure Club

4. You will have to pay 100% advance payment in order to get the LOI and all other documents

5. We can apply Visa on your behalf as well, additional charges will apply

6. Once LOI issued, no amount will be refunded due to any reason.

7. In case you ask for issuance of new LOI and with new dates, you will have to pay the same charges again.

8. In case of sharing any fake/fraudulent documents or any misleading purpose of visit, will lead to cancelation of LOI and will share information with all the relevant authorities and no amount will be refunded.

11. We need a copy of Passport for making a Letter of Invitation.

Exit Permit:

Can be applied on the behalf of customer, if you overstay your visa. and you have to pay a fine on Per day basis to Immigration.

Passport, Visa’s & Health:
In case of rejection of Visa:
10% processing fee will be charged and rest of the payment either to be refunded back to customers as per the refund policy time frame.

In case of any other issue:
It is the team leader’s responsibility to ensure that all members of the team are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by the customer himself. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry all required or fake documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty and loss of complete payment of the tour.

Visa Submission:
Customer will directly submit the visa himself; our team will only be assisting in preparation of Invitation letter and other required documents that you will have to upload online during the visa process.
Our team can also apply visa on your behalf after getting the required information, additional charges may apply.

Fee & Fines:
Fee for Visa’s, PCR/rapid tests, Renewal of Passport or any such charges or fines will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
